We do specialist calculations for our designs which mainly lay at the intersection of various technical branches. We have specialist programs for pipelines, pressure equipment and steel structures calculations. We adapt our calculation methods to the particular design, from static calculations to FEM and CFD calculations. Furthermore, we comply with EN, ASME and GOST norms.
Our mechanical engineering designs are equipped with supply and electric control systems. We are experienced in selecting appropriate control and measurement instruments and systems in explosion hazardous areas (ATEX). We are also able to run SIL and HAZOP analysis. Our design systems are mostly based on programmable logic controllers. Moreover, we are experienced in programming PLC of various manufacturers.
Basic design data:
Nitrogen generators are devices used to obtain high-purity nitrogen from atmospheric air. To generate nitrogen we use pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. Separation of components is conducted through carbon molecular sieves (CMS).
Advantages of the HPE 8 generators:
The purpose of the installation is to perform a train bake test without the need to use a locomotive. Train brake test station consists of a compressor module located in dedicated container, at least single test module and a connection module located near a rail track. The system allows to perform fully automatic train brake test and saves results of the test as a report. The control is carried out by a GSM remote control device.
Dry gas seal rack (DGSR) is dedicated system for sealing of gas compressors. Main purpose is to provide dry, clean gas at specified parameters such as flow, pressure and temperature during startup, normal work and settle out. Our systems are designed to fulfilled all requirements stated in API 614 (including final client’s specification) and standards like EN, ASME and GOST. It can be places in harsh environments, explosion zones or extreme low temperature (below -40 deg. C). Racks can be provide with CE (for Europe Union) or EAC (for Eurasian Custom Union) mark. For Eurasian Custom Union we also provide all necessary documentation such as technical passports or justification of safety.
